I bought the car with my dad, was actually a surprise to me since at the time I was 15 (1987). I'll just fast forward to more current times lol. Few years back I had the car blown with a 6-71 BDS supercharger and EFI system. While lots of fun and lots of great looks, it just was a pain to keep cool on the street. Moved to a N/A setup and spent this year of 2008 working on getting the suspension and other parts dialed in. First run of the year was an 11.8X@118mph. While at the time I thought that seemed pretty good since it was the fastest I had gone in a car, it just wasn’t enough. After many adjustments to the suspension, converter and suspension, I ended the year at a 10.64@124.6mph. Even better was the start at 2.0 60’s to the current best of 1.49 60’. I do have some plans for next year that hopefully will get me into the low 10’s N/A. All in all I’m extremely happy with the car and it’s a blast to drive.
